At Pathways to Services Development, we believe that true transformation begins with people who care deeply — people who’ve seen the gaps, felt the pain, and refuse to settle for “good enough.” That’s why we’re building a team of advisors made up of passionate professionals, lived experience leaders, and strategic thinkers who understand the urgent need for what we’re creating.
These advisors bring wisdom from the field, insight from their journeys, and expertise from across sectors — from mental health and housing to community engagement, finance, and faith-rooted leadership. Some are local champions who know the Tri-City area’s challenges firsthand. Others are remote partners lending their voice and experience from across the nation. But one thing unites them all: an unwavering belief that lasting change requires heart, healing, and hope.
Together, we’re not just building a nonprofit —
We’re building a movement rooted in transformation, truth, and community.
Our advisors understand that solving homelessness, addiction, and reentry isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about empowering people to rebuild from the inside out. They see the vision of Pathways — creating spaces where individuals and families can heal from trauma, restore dignity, and discover purpose.
💬 A Message from Our Founder & CEO, James Gonzales:
“I’m being intentional with every person who joins this team because I don’t want just names on paper — I want hearts that beat for transformation. Pathways is being built by people who understand the pain and the promise of recovery. This advisory team represents wisdom, grit, and faith. Together, we’re laying the foundation for a model that changes lives — not just with services, but with soul.”
💡 This is what makes Pathways different.
We’re not just gathering titles — we’re gathering hearts on fire for transformation.
Stay tuned as we continue introducing the incredible individuals shaping our Advisory Board and driving the vision of Pathways forward.
