At Pathways to Services Development, we believe that healing begins with opportunity—and opportunity begins with connection. That’s why we’re actively reaching out to Alameda County Probation to start a conversation about collaboration. Our goal? To create a clear, compassionate referral process for individuals impacted by the justice system who are ready for transformation.
Many of the individuals on probation in Alameda County are seeking a second chance. They’re looking for support, guidance, and a community that believes in their potential. Pathways is here to offer just that—through structured peer-led programs, life skills training, sober living environments (SLEs), and emotional wellness support designed by people with lived experience.
We are extending a hand to any probation officers, program managers, or county representatives who are willing to sit down with us and co-design a referral system that works—for you, for the clients, and for the community.
This isn’t about just checking boxes. It’s about real people, real stories, and real change.
If you're part of Alameda County Probation—or know someone who is—we invite you to reach out. Let’s talk about how we can walk alongside those reentering society and give them the tools they need to not only survive, but thrive.
Together, we can break cycles and build futures.
